Custom Orders

1. Customization & Production
All items are handmade/customized according to customer specifications. Due to the nature of custom work, slight variations in color, design, and material may occur. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmade/customization process.

2. Order Processing & Payment
Orders will be processed once full payment (or a required deposit) has been received. Payment confirms the customer's agreement to the production timeline and design specifications. Any delays in payment may affect the production schedule.

3. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 3 days of placing the order. After this period, the order will be in production, and changes may not be possible. Refunds for canceled orders may be subject to a processing fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, but delays due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Customers are encouraged to select shipping options with tracking and insurance if desired.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue, and we will work towards a resolution.

6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information, including spelling, design details, and shipping addresses, is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for errors in submitted information.

7. Intellectual Property
By submitting custom design requests, the customer affirms they have the legal right to use any images, logos, or text provided. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
